RAI is a restaurant in San Pedro de Atacama dedicated to contemporary Chilean cuisine rooted in its territory. Ingredients from the Altiplano, the desert, and the Pacific are prepared with precision and respect for the product.

Our plates

Our cuisine is shaped by the territory of northern Chile. We work with ingredients from the Altiplano, the desert, and the Pacific, prioritizing local producers, seasonal products, and a respectful relationship with the environment.

Quinoa real, pataska corn, Socaire broad beans, desert herbs, and northern flavors such as chañar, rica-rica, and carob are part of a pantry that defines our identity. These ingredients are approached with contemporary technique, seeking clear and balanced preparations.
